Recipe - Cottage Cheese Loaf

1 lg Onion
One fourth pound Margarine/butter melted or
use Butter Buds equivalent
2 pound Cottage cheese, fatfree
5 cup Corn Flakes cereal
One half cup Chopped nuts (optional)
1 tablespoon Chicken style seasoning
or more to taste
6 Eggs, or Egg Beaters equiv.
Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and
bake at 375F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set and browned. When
you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.
This is also good cold on sandwiches.
