Recipe - Corrected Oven Fried Onion Rings

Ingredients:

3 lg Onions; cut into 1/4" slices
1 cup Buttermilk
One fourth cup Flour
One fourth cup Fresh parmesan cheese;
grated
2 tablespoon Parsley
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth Stick butter

1. In a sturdy palstic bag combine separated onion rings with buttermilk,
close tightly and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

2. In another plastic bag combine flour, cheese, parsley and salt; shake to
mix.

3. In a large jelly roll pan, melt butter.

4. Drain onions instrainer; drop, a few at a time into the flour mixture
and shake to coat.

5. Place in a single layer in butter in pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30
minutes, carfully turning once during cooking

NOTES : 86 calories per serving, 1.5 grams of fat 15% CFF
