Recipe - Corny Bean Bake

2 cn Baked beans; (16oz. each)
One half pound Cocktail sausages; cut in
bitesize pieces
One fourth cup Barbecue sauce
1 cup Crushed corn chips
1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack
cheese
One half cup Chopped green onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow 2quart casserole, combine beans,
sausages and barbecue sauce. In a medium bowl, combine corn chips, cheese
and onion. Top beans with corn chip mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Makes 68

instead of cocktail sausages. Very easy dish to make and it tasted
wonderful. Served it with Pecan Orange Slaw.
