Cornstarch Wash recipe makes 48 Servings
1 qt WATER
1 1/3 ounce STARCH EDIBLE CORN
1. COMBINE CORNSTARCH AND WATER. BRING TO A BOIL; COOK UNTIL CLEAR.
2. BRUSH ON BREAD AND ROLLS BEFORE AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER BAKING.

NOTE: KEEP WASH WARM. REHEAT, IF NECESSARY.
