Recipe - Cornmeal Cracklin Bread

2 cup White cornmeal
1 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoon Baking powder
One half cup Cold water
One half cup Milk
1 Egg; beaten
One half cup Cracklin; (fried pork rind),
chopped into pea size

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Sift together cornmeal, salt and baking powder.
Stir in water, milk and egg. Beat until smooth.
Stir in cracklin. Pour into greased 9inch skillet and bake for 3035
minutes. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Serves 6.
