Recipe - Cornish Pasty

1 One half teaspoon Salt
4 cup Flour
Three fourths cup Butter
1 cup Water
1 pound Ground beef
3 Thinly cut or sliced up potatoes
1 Thinly cut or sliced up onion
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Water
Heat oven to 350. Mix One half tsp. salt with flour. Add butter & blend.
Add 1 cup water & knead into stiff dough. Roll out to 1/8". Cut 6"
circles. Mix beef, potatoes, onions, 1 tsp. salt, pepper & 1 Tbls.
water. Divide mixture onto circles. Fold each circle in half. Seal
edges with fork. Bake 1 One fourth hours.
