Recipe - Cornish Hens With Wine Sauce

6 Cornish hens; halved
Salt; to taste
6 tablespoon Red wine
One fourth cup Margarine; melted
4 tablespoon Lemon juice
This recipe comes from The Blue Ribbon Poultry Cookbook it's favorite
recipes of Home Ec Teachers G. Nice, simple and tasty.
Season Cornish hens with salt; place in baking pan. Cover with heavyduty
foil. Mix wine, margarine and lemon juice. Bake at 325 F, 1 hours, basting
frequently with sauce until all is used. Uncover; bake
30 minutes longer.
My Note: Never use wine in a recipe that you wouldn't drink.
