Ingredients:
Cornish Game Hens In A Honey Sauce recipe makes 4 Servings
One half Part honey
One half Part soy sauce
(approx One fourth cup each is good for 2 hens)
Baste hens with garlic and melted butter. Bake the hens 15 minutes at 425
degrees. Then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Basting with
the honey mixture.
I used the honey mixture left in the pan to dip the chicken into! It is one
of my favorite meals! And it is so easy!
