Ingredients:
Cornish Crock Pot recipe makes 8 Servings
2 Cornish game hens
1 pack Pecan rice
1 One half cup Water
Salt and pepper to taste
Place rice in crockpot; stir well. Place Cornish hen on top of rice. Add
salt and pepper. Cook on low setting for 6 hours.
