Recipe - Cornflake Meatloaf

2 pound Hamburger
1 pack Onion soup mix
1 cup Salsa
2 cup Corn flakes; crushed
1 Egg
One fourth cup Hot sauce
One fourth cup Catsup

About 4 cups of corn flakes will crush down to 2 cups in the food
processor. Mix hamburger, salsa, corn flakes, egg, onion soup mix, and hot
sauce together. Cook in oven for 1hour and 15 minutes. Before the last 20
minutes of cooking is done spread catsup on top for an icing effect.
