Recipe - Corned Beef And Swiss Appetizers

1 pack Cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
One fourth pound Corned beef, chopped
One half cup Shredded swiss cheese
2 tablespoon Chopped green onion
36 Slices cocktail rye bread,
(toasted)
Mix cream cheese and mustard with electric mixer on medium speed until
smooth. Blend in meat, Swiss cheese and onion. Spread on toast slices.
Place on cookie sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
To Make Ahead: Prepare as directed except for broiling. Place on cookie
sheet. Freeze 1 hour or until firm. Place in freezersafe zipperstyle
plastic bags. Freeze up to 1 month. When ready to serve, thaw 10 minutes.
