Recipe - Corned Beef Salad

1 cn Corned beef; chopped fine
One half small Onion; chopped fine
One half Bell pepper; chopped fine
1 cup Celery; chopped fine
3 Hard boiled eggs; chopped
fine
1 pack Lemon Jello
1 cup Boiling water
1 cup Cold water
1 pack Unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Mixed nuts
Combine first five ingredients. Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water.
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water, and when dissolved, add to lemon
Jello. Mix in remaining ingredients. Add first five ingredients and pour
into a pan. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 12 servings.
