Ingredients:
Cornbread-Coated Pork Chops recipe makes 6 Servings
One fourth cup Sour cream; light
1 One half pound Pork loin chops
1 One half cup Stuffingmix cornbread
Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375. F Spread sour cream over pork chops, coating all
sides. Coat with cornbread stuffing mix. Place coated pork chops on a rack
in a shallow baking pan. Season with pepper. Bake chops, uncovered, 45
minutes or until done. Serve immediately.
