Recipe - Corn And Zucchini With Green Chiles

One half cup Water
2 cup Fresh or frozen whole kernel
corn
1 pound Zucchini; cut into 1/2inch
slices
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 cn (4.5ounce) chopped green
chiles; undrained
One fourth teaspoon Beau monde seasoning
bring One half cup water to a boil in a dutch oven; add corn. cover. reduce heat
and simmer 5 minutes. add zucchini; cover and cook 7 to 8 minutes OR until
crisptender. drain.
Return vegetables to Dutch oven; add butter, chiles, and seasoning. Cook
over medium heat, stirring gently, until thoroughly heated. Makes 6
servings.
NOtes: Substitute garlic powder for Beau Monde seasoning, if desired.
