Recipe - Corn And Walnut Cheese Spread

2 pack (8oz) cream cheese; sofened
One fourth cup Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
One half teaspoon Red pepper
1 cn (8oz) whole kernel corn;
drained
1 cup Chopped walnuts
1 cn (4.5oz) chopped green
chiles; drained
4 Green onions; chopped

Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Serve with
crackers, or use as a stuffing for celery and cherry tomatoes. Yeild: 4
Cups
