Ingredients:
Corn And Oysters recipe makes 8 Servings
1 cn (16oz) cream style corn
1 cn Frozen oyster stew
1 cup Oysters
20 Crackers (crushed)
1 cup Milk
One fourth cup Celery; finely chopped
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1 tablespoon Pimento; chopped
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
Mix all the above ingredients, except the oysters. Pour into a buttered
casserole. Over this pour 2 tablespoons melted margarine, 10 crackers
(crushed) and additional oysters, if used. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45
minutes. Serves 6.
