Recipe - Corn Wheels With Lime Butter

HELEN MEADOWS, MONTANA
4 md Ears of corn
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
One half teaspoon Pepper (optional)

Using a cleaver or large knove, cut corn into 1in lengths. In a large pot,
bring water to boil over high heat. Add corn wheels; cover and boil 2
minutes. Melt butter, mix with lime juice. Transfer corn to serving platter
and drizzle with limebutter. Sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
