Ingredients:
Corn Spoon Bread 2 recipe makes 6 Servings
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 pack Corn muffin mix
1 cn (8 oz) cream style corn
1 cn (8 oz) whole kernel corn
1 cup Dairy sour cream
One half cup Melted margarine or butter
Combine all ingredients and spread in a 9x11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for
50 minutes. Serves 68 adults.
