Recipe - Corn Seafood Salad

2 cup Cooked corn
1 Green pepper; minced
1 md Tomato; minced
1 pound Raw shrimp; cooked and
cleaned or 1 One half cups crab
meat (7 1/2ounce can)
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Minced onion
One half teaspoon TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
Combine corn, green pepper, tomato and shrimp or crab meat. Blend
mayonnaise, onion, TABASCO® Sauce and salt. Add to corn mixture and toss
gently. Chill before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges. Makes 4 servings.
