Recipe - Corn Nachos

4 ounce Green Chiles; Diced
1 small Onion; Finely Chopped
1 cup Corn Kernels; Thawed
1 cup Mexican Cheese With Taoc
Seasoning; Shredded
32 Round Tortilla Chips
Preheat the broiler. Drain the peppers and place in bowl. Add onion, corn
and cheese to the peppers and mix gently until the ingredients are well
combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Arrange
tortilla chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Place about 1 tbsp of
the mixture on top of each tortilla chip. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat
about 2 minutes, until the cheese melts and the chips begin to brown. Serve
hot.
