Recipe - Corn Fritter Bread

1/3 cup Water; lukewarm
3 cup Bread Flour
3 tablespoon Dry milk
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Butter
One fourth cup Honey
Three fourths cup Canned Corn
2 teaspoon Chives
One fourth cup Sour Cream
2 One half teaspoon Yeast
Add ingredients to Automatic Bread Machine per manufacturers instructions.
This recipe is recommended for regular and rapid bake cycles.
Be sure to drain canned corn very well before measuring.
Dough will not be as firm in the kneading precess as you're used to. Relax,
it will rise to the occasion.
**To make fried corn fritters, use the dough cycle. Roll dough our into a
oneinch thickness and then slice into oneinch cubes. Drip into
preheated cooking oil (fritters should sizzle immediately) for
approximately one minute, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted
spoon and drain.
