Recipe - Corn Flake Macaroons

2 Egg whites
1 cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Coconut
2 cup Corn flakes
One half cup Nuts or whole salted Spanish
peanuts, chopped
Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Fold in sugar gradually. Add
flavoring, coconut, corn flakes and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto
welloiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until delicate brown: 812
minutes. Makes 36 cookies.
