Recipe - Corn Crepes

1 lg Onion; chopped
1 cn Creamed corn
1 Bell pepper; chopped
One half cup Cornmeal
3 tablespoon Bacon drippings
1 Egg
1 pound Meat or shrimp
2 cup Milk
Salt & pepper to taste
One half cup Bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Butter
Saut‚ chopped onions and bell pepper in drippings. Add meat or shrimp and
simmer. Mix other ingredients and add to cooked mixture. Place in greased
casserole and add One half cup bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 350
degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
