Ingredients:
Corn Cake Batter recipe makes 4 Servings
3 ounce Cornmeal
3 ounce All purpose flour
2 Eggs
8 ounce Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Onion, minced fine
3 ounce Corn, fresh kernal
1 teaspoon Salt
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whip until smooth. Ladle onto
hot griddle to cook.
