Recipe - Corn Bread Burger Bake

2 Eggs; beaten
1 cup Corn meal
2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cn Cream style corn
1 cup Milk
3 tablespoon Oil
1 pound Ground beef
One half cup Onion; chopped
1 teaspoon Chili powder
2 cup Grated cheese
One fourth cup Green peppers

Combine first 6 ingredients. Set aside. Brown ground beef, drain off fat.
Add onions, green peppers and chili powder. Pour half the corn bread
mixture in a greased 9inch casserole dish. Cover with ground beef mixture
and a layer of cheese. Pour the rest of the corn bread mixture over the
top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
