Recipe - Corn Bread Beef Pie

2 pound Ground beef
1 tablespoon Shortening
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 cn Whole kernel corn
1 Cut up onion
1 cn Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Cut up green pepper
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder

Brown beef in skillet with onion and pepper. Then add tomatoes, corn and
seasoning and 1 tablespoon celery flakes. Bring to boil and simmer 10
minutes. Pour into 3quart casserole.

In small mixing bowl sift: One half c. cornmeal One half tsp. salt 2 tsp. sugar
