FOR 1.5 POUND LOAF
1 One fourth cup Beer or cider
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Oil; preferrably sesame oil
Three fourths cup Medium rye flour
One half cup Cornmeal
2 cup White flour
1 tablespoon Gluten; (optional)
2 teaspoon Yeast
Place ingredients in pan in order recommended by manufacturer and bake on
white or normal cycle.
