Recipe - Coriander Bread

ELLEN GORDON (JSBJ02B)
1 cup Milk
3 tablespoon Margarine
One fourth cup Honey
3 cup Unbleached bread flour
One fourth cup High gluten flour
2 teaspoon Dry yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon Ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon Ground ginger
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 Egg (I use egg substitute)
One half tablespoon Grated orange peel.
