Recipe - Cool Cantaloupe Shake

1 One half cup Ripe cantaloupe melon cubes
One half cup Skim milk
One fourth cup Nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon Honey
In blender process: Until blended and smooth (see note). Pour into chilled
glasses, garnish with cantaloupe slices, if desired. Makes 2 servings.

Note: For superthick shake, place in freezer 1 to 2 hours until mixture is
semifrozen; then to drinking consistency with additional skim milk, if
necessary.
PineappleSpice Shake
Prepare as for Cool Cantaloupe Shake, recipe above, substituting: 11/2
cups unsweentened pineapple juice instead of cantaloupe
add 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon.
Garnish with fresh or canned pineapple slices and fresh mint sprigs, if
desired. Makes 2 servings.
