Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour
1 Egg; lightly beaten
1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
Place each ingredient in a separate shallow bowl. Dip the item to be coated
in the flour, then the egg and lastly in the bread crumbs. Set the coated
item on a wax paperlined plate or sheet pan and allow to dry for 5 minutes
before frying
