Recipe - Cookies N Creme Pie

CRUST
1 cup Reduced fat Oreo® cookie
crumbs
3 tablespoon Granulated sugar
1 tablespoon Oil

FILLING
15 Pcs Hershey's® Cookies N
Creme Nuggets; wrappers
removed
One half cup Skim milk
1 One half cup Miniature marshmallows
8 ounce Cool Whip® Free; thawed

To prepare crust, combine 1 cup cookie crumbs, sugar, and oil in a mixing
bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. To prepare filling, place milk
and marshmallows in medium microwavesafe bowl. Microwave at high 100% for
1 One half minutes or until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth when
stirred. Add candy nuggets, stirring until melted and well blended. Cool
completely. Fold whipped topping into marshmallow mixture. Spoon into
crust. Cover and freeze several hours or until firm.
