Recipe - Cookie Monster Cookies

One half cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Raisins
One fourth cup Vegetable Oil
3 tablespoon Water
1 Egg
1 One half cup Oatmeal
1 cup Dark brown sugar.

Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon into bowl. Mix in veg. oil, 3
tbsp. water, and egg. Mix in One half C. raisins, 1One half C. oatmeal and 1 C.
brown sugar. Drop small teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min.
