Recipe - Cookie Crust

2 One half cup Flour
2 Sticks butter or margarine;
cut in pieces
One half cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 15x10x1inch baking pan with nonstick
cooking spray. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, combine all
ingredients until mixture resembles fine crumbs; press firmly into prepared
pan. Bake 2023 minutes or until golden brown. Top with filling; finish
baking as directed (see recipes "Pecan Pie Bars" or "Cranberry Walnut
Squares" in this cookbook).
