2 teaspoon SALT TABLE 5LB
THE INGREDIENTS LISTED ABOVE ARE FOR EQUAL NUMBERS OF SERVINGS (IE. IF 80
SERVINGS REQUESTED 20 SERVINGS OF EACH TYPE) OF THE FOUR HOT
CEREALS LISTED AS E00100
LISTED BELOW ADDRESS EACH CEREAL TYPE AS STATED.
HOT FARINA (E00100) 1. ADD SALT TO WATER; BRING TO A BOIL. 2. MIX
CEREAL WITH COLD WATER; POUR INTO BOILING WATER STIRRING CONSTANTLY
UNTIL WATER RETURNS TO A BOIL
STIRRING FREQUENTLY. TURN OFF HEAT
BEFORE SERVING.
HOT HOMINY GRITS (E00101) 1. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE EXCEPT CEREAL AND
SALT ARE ADDED DIRECTLY TO BOILING WATER.
HOT ROLLED OATS (E00102) 1. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT HOMINY GRITS
EXCEPT REDUCE THE COOKING TIME TO 1 TO 3 MINUTES.
WHOLE WHEAT CEREAL (E00103) 1. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT HOMINY
GRITS.
