Recipe - Connolas Jalapeno Poppers

1 1" pc Ginger Root; grate
2 cl Garlic; crush
4 Scallions; chop
6 teaspoon Brown sugar
8 ounce Soy sauce
4 ounce Sake or dry sherry
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Black pepper
Marinade steak for 2 hours; marinade fish 1 hour. Barbeque or broil. Great
for whole meats or fish, or for shishkebobs, especially with shark or
