Recipe - Congealed Spring Salad

3 pack (small) lime or lemon Jello
3 cup Hot water
1 cn (16oz) crushed pineapple;
drained
1 ct Creamy cottage cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 One half cup Whipped topping
1 cup Chopped nuts
One half cup Chopped bell pepper
1 One half cup Chopped onion
1 Jar (small) pimento
(optional)
2 tablespoon Horseradish
Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool until partially set. Add remaining
ingredients and return to refrigerator.
