Recipe - Confetti Coleslaw

3 ounce Pkg. Lime Gelatin Powder
1 cup Boiling Water
One half cup Cold Water
1 tablespoon Vinegar
One half cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Cabbage; shredded
One half cup Carrots; shredded
One half cup Celery; finely minced
1/3 cup Raisins; (up To 1/2)
Dissolve geletin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and vinegar.
Gradually add geletin to mayonnaise, stirring until well blended. Chill
until slightly thickened. Fold in cabbage, carrots, celery and raisins.
Pour into dish or 1quart mold. Chill until firm.
