Recipe - Company Mashed Potatoes

6 md Potatoes; cooked, mashed
1 cup Sour cream
3 ounce Cream cheese, softened
One fourth cup Butter
Paprika

Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in salted water then mash. Mix sour cream and
cream cheese and add to mashed potatoes. Put in a 2 quart casserole. Dot
with butter and sprinle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes at 350~. Can be
made ahead and refrigerated, but bake for 1 hour then.
