Recipe - Comino Chicken

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken
Breast Halves
2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
One half teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Oil
1 lg Onion; Coarsely Chopped
1 Clove Garlic; Minced
One half cup Pace Picante Sauce
8 ounce Stewed Tomatoes
Chopped Cilantro
Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness; sprinkle with 1 One half tsp of the cumin and
salt. Heat oil in 10" nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken
in oil 4 to 5 minutes per side; remove and reserve. Cook onion and garlic
in drippings until tender; about 4 minutes. Add pace, tomatoes, and
remaining One half tsp cumin; simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Return chicken to
skillet. Spoon sauce over chicken; heat through. Sprinkle with cilantro.
