Ingredients:
Colorful Beet Relish recipe makes 1 Servings
1 ct (8oz) sour cream
3 tablespoon Horseradish
2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon White pepper
1 cn (16oz) cut beets; drained &
minced
Combine all ingredients except beets, mixing well. Fold in beets. Cover and
chill. Serve w/ roast beef. Yield: 2C
