Recipe - Cold Tomato Soup

2 cn Tomato soup
2 Soup cans water
1 cn (large) V8 juice
One half cup Salad or olive oil
4 tablespoon Wine vinegar
2 Cloves (small) garlic;
pressed
Salt & pepper to taste
One half cup Unsalted butter
1 ds Hot pepper sauce
REST ALL CHOPPED FINE
2 cup Cucumber
1 cup Green bell pepper
1 cup Celery
One half cup Onion
Combine all ingredients & let flavors mingle. Chill. Makes 1 gallon.
