Recipe - Cold Tofu Salad
Categories: None, Cold Tofu Salad
2 Blocks tofu; drained on
paper towels, (about 20 oz)
DRESSING
3 tablespoon Rice vinegar
2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Soy oil
1 tablespoon White sesame seeds
One half cup Roughly chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon Finely grated fresh ginger;
(generous)
2 Green onions; finely cut or sliced up
Salt; to taste
Combine the dressing ingredients and set aside.
Cut the tofu into 1 inch cubes and arrange on individual plates. Cover with
the dressing and serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings
