Recipe - Cold Soba For Four

1 pound Dried soba noodles
2 Sheets nori (dried seaweed)
1 One half cup Tsukejiru (see recipe)
2 Green onions
Wasabi (horseradish powder
mixed with water into a
paste)
Cook noodles in boiling water for seven minutes. Drain, rinse under cold
water. Divide into four bowls. Toast seaweed over low heat, and garnish
noodles. Serve with thinly cut or sliced up green onions and wasabi, which can be
mixed in sauce. Dip noodles in sauce. Enjoy.
