Recipe - Cold Gazpacho

Ingredients:
Cold Gazpacho recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Green pepper, minced
4 Tomatoes, minced
1 Onion, minced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
3 cup Water
One fourth cup Wine
3 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 Scallion, minced fine
Puree all ingredients, except scallion, in blender. Add a little more water
if too spicy. Strain, discarding any vegetable pieces that did not puree
fully. Chill overnight. Serve in chilled glasses or bowls with minced
scallion floating on top.
Serves 4.
