Cold Curry Apple Sauce Dec 1985 recipe makes 3 Cups
1 Onion
2 tablespoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala
One half cup Heavy cream or fresh cream
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Tart apple
White pepper
1. Grate apple or process.
2. Process onion to a cream
3. Stir together all the ingredients.
