Recipe - Cold Apricot Sour Cream Soup

1 pound Dried apricots
Lemon juice to taste
1 cup Heavy cream
Sour cream
Soak apricots in warm water (enough to cover the apricots) for 1 hour.
Whirl apricots and water in blender until pureed. Strain and add lemon
juice. Stir in cream and chill. When ready to serve, garnish with sour
