Recipe - Col Hogans Chickn Dippin Sauce

4 Whole jalapeno peppers
Seeded
1 Whole Poblano peppers
10 Whole Roma tomatoes
Peeled and cut or sliced up
1 Whole mint sprigs
2 tablespoon Sugar
3 Cloves garlic minced

PLace all ingredints into stainless steel pot and cok over med het tiss
tomatoes are softened. Puree and return to heat and cook to desired
cosistacy is reached.
