Recipe - Cognac Cookies

1 lg Loaf of sandwich bread
(white)
1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese
1 Egg yolk
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half cup Margarine; melted
1 cup Sugar
3 teaspoon Cinnamon
Trim crust from bread & roll each slice flat w/a rolling pin. Mix cream
cheese, egg yolk & lemon juice together, set aside. Mix sugar & cinnamon
together. Spread each slice of flattened bread w/cream cheese mixture (not
too thick) & roll up. Dip in melted margarine & roll in cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
