Recipe - Coffee Apple Cake

2 cup All purpose flour
1 One half cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Oil
2 Eggs
One fourth cup Coffee
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla
2 One half cup Sliced peeled apples
1 cup Chopped nuts
Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
