Recipe - Coffee Almond Clusters

Ingredients:

1 pound Light brown sugar
Few grains salt
Three fourths cup Evaporate milk
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Instant coffee
3 cup (about 1 pound) whole
blanched almonds, lightly
roasted

Stir mixture of sugar, salt, evaporated milk, butter and instant coffee
over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cook over medium heat until mixture
comes to rolling boil; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and
stir in almonds. Using 2 teaspoons, lift out almonds in clusters of 4 or 5
and drop on aluminum foil. Let stand until cool and set. Makes
